Celebrity Homes - Justin Bieber
Where do your favorite stars live? In fabulous pads, of course! Click through to see photos of some of the most incredible celebrity real estate.

Pop singer and 'Never Say Never' star Justin Bieber is reportedly close to closing on a $1.7 million Los Angeles condo, according to Real Estalker.com. Did we mention he's only 16?

The three-bedroom condo, located in the upscale Westwood area of the city, reportedly has 2,400 square feet and distinctively modern interiors. We're talking sleek marble finishes, white-washed walls and furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

And, if he sticks around for a few years, maybe he can use the apartment's wet bar and wine fridge. The building amenities include a fitness center, valet parking, and a party room, reports the blog.

Inside celebrity homes - Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen — and their 2-year-old son Benjamin — have reportedly moved into a $20 million California dream home.

The 22,000-square-foot spread, nestled in a canyon, has two wings connected by a covered bridge, eight bedrooms and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and poolhouse. There’s a circular driveway and a massive lawn outside. Indoor amenities include a weight room, spa and wine cellar.

Bundchen and Brady, who are said to be worth at least $90 million, bought the 3.75-acre lot for $11 million in 2008 and spent millions more to build it out.

Take a tour of a $100,000-a-month SoHo townhouse

This 5-story stunner on Lafayette street is available for $100,000 – a month. If that’s too much of a commitment, you can rent it for $50,000 a week, or a mere $20,000 a day.

Citi Habitats’ Steve Halpern, the listing agent, thinks the trophy property can command the sky-high asking price. It’s been used as a high-profile backdrop several times: Beyoncé and John Mayer filmed music videos there. “Damages” used it as a set, and Esquire magazine’s photo shoot for 2009’s Sexiest Woman Alive Kate Beckinsale was held in the building.

The home is currently owned by director Marcus Nispel and his wife. Nispel is the director of such movies as “Conan the Barbarian” and the remake of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.”

The space was originally one of the first power substations in the city. Over the years, Halpern said, it was used as a factory and gallery space. Nispel and his wife bought the property in the mid-1990s, and spent about 12 years completely renovating it.

The home has its very own indoor pool. And we’re not talking a tiny lap pool or some new-fangled infinity pool business.

The pool has see-through port holes.

A guest-room has views of the pools through the port holes.

What's that chainsaw doing there? Oh, right, the owner directed "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre."

The townhouse features specialty-made barrel ceilings. This one features skylights to the open air above.

At the top is a 925-square-foot outdoor terrace.

“Usually, when people go the luxury side of renovating spaces, they put in these glossy-type finishes,” Halpern said. “This is up to a 2011 level, but it still maintains a great old feel to it. The grandeur of the space is one of the most unique things.”

But those of (extreme) means who fall in love with it cannot make it their own. Halpern said it is only available as a rental because the owners plan to eventually live in the city full time.
