Monte-Carlo Beach Club’s Abu Dhabi Property Welcomes Members

All eyes are on the Middle East these days. Even the Monte-Carlo Beach Club has finally moved out of Monaco to establish its first international property. The location of the latest Monte-Carlo SBM luxury property is the island of Sadiyat. The area’s stunning natural beauty is one of the prime factors that encouraged the company to head to Abu Dhabi.

Prices are expectedly high at this luxury beach club. The current annual membership fee is $9,258. The large sum notwithstanding, Monte-Carlo Beach Club expects to collect membership fees of over $14 million by 2014.

When the Abu Dhabi beach property was first launched, there were few takers because of the raging heat. Once the weather improves by November, general manager Patrick Nayrolles expects more memberships to start rolling in.

The beach club covers an expansive space of 39,500 square meters. The stunning beach is one of the prime attractions at this luxury property. A second highlight is the swimming pool that is located amid landscaped grounds. Eight luxury cabanas add to the experience at this beach-facing swimming pool. There is a separate low deep pool to keep your children entertained.

In addition to the pool cabanas are 21 garden and dune cabanas. There are private beachfront bungalows as well The beach club also houses a luxury spa, which offers a range of different treatments while providing access to a Jacuzzi, a stem room and a plunge pool.

The beach club in Sadiyat is home to four beverage outlets including two signature properties, the Sea Lounge and Le Deck. There are restaurants and outdoor event space as well.
